All events will take place as advertised, unless prior warning has been made to all entries. With the Agreement of all Entries, Events may be moved time or date wise to accommodate any issues that may arise.
If in the event that a series is over subscribed then additional lobbies will be opened up to accommodate the entries
In the event of more than one lobby being run, entries will be rotated around each subsequent event.
If for any reason the event cannot take place, if at all possible, it will be rescheduled by the race organisers. If the event cannot be reschduled it will be cancelled.
Endurance (over 1.5 Hours) races will normally start 30-60 minutes earlier than normal lobby times.
Entries can only race in the events they are allocated, this is to balance out across the regions the races entered by drivers.NO CATCH UP WILL BE ALLOWED.
Entries will be allowed to enter races outside of their time zone, space permitting. If in the event that entries enter these races the will NOT score any points
Entries can select an alternate time zone to their allocated zone. but they must stay in that zone for the duration of the series. Zone 1: Europe/Africa Zone 2: North/South America Zone 3: Australia/Asia
In the event that GT7 does not have the lobbies running with a Qualifying stint. For disciplines that run with the need for a Qualfying stint, then the lobby, after Practice will be set to a 10-minute qualifying race. The result of this qualifying race will determine the grid positions for the main race. For events running more than one race then the subsequent races will be based on grid positions from the previous race and will be set as FASTEST to SLOWEST in that order.
After Qualifying the pole sitter for each driver class will score 2 points.
After the main race the fastest lap will score 1 point.
If in the event that GT7 runs a race that requires mutliple car classes then the BOP settings will be manually applied. Details of which can be found here. - GT ENGINE - GT ENGINE GT7 - GT ENGINE GT SPORT
Maps for all tracks included in Gran Turismo can be found here Details of which can be found here. - GT ENGINE TRACK MAPS
If for any reason entries are disconnected/leaves from the event and the event continues that entry will be classed as a Did Not Finish (DNF). If the entry is disconnecetd due to Power/Internet/Technical issues, if possible, take a screen shot of the issue and send this to the race directors. If this is produced then the entry will be classed as finishing the race to the rear of the final placings (Proof must be shown, No proof of issues the this will again be classed as a DNF.
Events will only be stopped if more than 50% of the field is lost during duration of the race. In the event of this situation the race will be restarted/rescheduled.
All Incidents must be reported to the race directors and no one else. Details required: Race, Drivers involved, Lap/Time Frame, Issue that occurred. Video/Photo Evidence would also be benefical.
1.1 All Incidents must be reported within 24 of event finishing. After such time they will not be considered. 1.2 All Incidents being reported will be listed on Facebook as information only. 1.3 After the 24hr reporting time has elapsed the incidents will be investigated by the Race Directors. 1.4 Any penalties will be posted on to the Facebook page. 1.5 There will be a 24 hour time period to appeal against the penalty (with corroborating evidence). 1.6 After the appeals time period has elapsed all penalties outstanding will be fully implemented. 1.7 Full race points will then be updated.
The Driver penalty points system is a method of accruing punishments from incidents in the SCW/WECFF Season. Each Driver entered, has a maximum of twelve (12) points that can be accrued before action is undertaken on the driver. Points remain against the driver for a period of a full season before they are removed.
However, if the twelve-point limit is reached by a driver, the Driver will be suspended for the following event, effectively forcing a one-race ban onto the driver. The current points (for that series) will be removed once the driver returns.
The driver penalty points are applied to which ever series the driver is entered and will be applied against that series.
3.1. All events will be made public 7-10 Days before the start date, all tagged entries must inform the race director if they are ATTENDING or NOT, this must be made no later than 24 hours before the start time. (exceptional circumstances excepeted), if an entry fails to advise the race directors then a penalty will be applied to them.-10 points off Championship Score.
3.2. If Any entry advises they are racing and fail to turn up without notice, the race directors will then apply a penalty will to them.-10 points off Championship Score.
3.3. If an entry fails to advise a non start for 3 events in a row. They will be dropped from the series.
3.4. Exceptions to the rules are only considered if prior agreements have been arranged with the race directors (For Example, Only racing certain times, only racing when time permits, Joker races).
Gran Turismo hands out in race penalties, which we require all entries to clear where required for the lap/race entered.
4.1. Entries are forbidden from finishing a lap with any outstanding penalties against them. Any time penalty incurred by an entry during the race must be cleared before the finish line of the current lap (or where indicated) and off the racing line. PENALTY: 2 Driver Penalty Points (Per Offence) This is for races on GT Sport. Races held on GT7 will automatically clear the in-race penalties accrued.
4.2. Entries are forbidden from finishing a race with any outstanding penalties against them. PENALTY: 3 Driver Penalty Points (Per Offence) This is for races on GT Sport. Races held on GT7 (See Below). GT7 ONLY: Last lap penalties that are unable to be cleared will be added at the end of teh race by the game itself. Race directors will stress that this is not a cause for people to continue to finish with penalties. If that continues, then the race directors will impose the driver penalty points (3).
All Series will adhere to these penalties. The penalties are set as a Per Offence system. They will be applied to the driver on completion of the event
